Barbara Thompson

Barbara, a Secretary form Redcar in Cleveland, and the only woman to win the Fifteen to One grand final so far is one of the UK's best female quiz players. She appeared on Fifteen to One from series 6 to 11. A winner 5 times and making it to the grand final on 4 of those occasions, she won the Finals Board trophy in series 9 with a score of 252, and was runner-up in the final. In her last grand final, she came out on top. Barbara has also made 2 additional appearences, in the champion of champions and the Millennium Quiz, where she finished second (in the latter) to Kevin Ashman.
