Jim Cook

A carpet factory worker from Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire, Jim appeared in the Millennium Quiz. He narrowly failed to make the last three after slipping up on a question about General Elections:
WGS: 'In which year did the Conservative party secure the largest number of votes ever cast for any political party in a General Election?'
JC: '1993'
WGS: '1992'
JC: 'Oh God!'
Jim gave some of the most impressive answers in the Millennium Quiz. It was evident that he was taking the game very seriously.
Here are just a few of his famous responses:
JC: "Eugene O'Neil" - This was said like he had just scored a vital penalty in a world cup semi-final shoot-out.
