One-time champion of Fifteen to One, also won top of the finals board in the same series (18), with a score of 333, which was at the time, the highest score ever.

I saw him in a shopping centre on an episode of a quiz called stash! which ran on ITV (Carlton) from 15:02 to 15:07 on Wednesday 23 August 2000. He won £35 on the show where you keep winning money until you get a question wrong, or the show finishes (which it did in his case). He was very impressive (fast when he didn't need to be), and never considered taking the money and walking. I think the shows are all pre-recorded long in advance, filmed in pubs or shopping centres and made in around 1997 as fillers between programs.
