Philip Hardingham

Philip, from Dearham in Cumbria made the Fifteen to One Grand Final in series 27 and 28 after very competitive heats. On both grand final occasions he just failed to make the last three finishing 4th each time.

Not only is he famous for wearing a bandana and the same jacket each time I have seen him, at least two of his heats have contained among the most exciting Fifteen to One finals ever.

Along with Michael Penrice, he is a Cumbrian and one of the characters of Fifteen to One. We are also informed that he has a considerable quizzing pedigree.

These pictures show Philip wearing a brightly coloured bandana for the grand final in series 28 (where he narrowly missed out on getting to the last three) and coughing after the question was asked before responding with the correct answer of "A Dance to the Music of Time". In the show that saw him go out in series 30.
